Oregon High School Basketball - Ashland knocked off by Springfield
February 9, 2024: Springfield, OR 97477 The Springfield Millers basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Ashland Grizzlies to 63 in the Millers league triumph on Friday.
The Millers now sport a 5-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Churchill for a 5A Midwestern contest on Tuesday, February 13. Springfield will battle a Lancers team coming off a 66-56 league win over Eagle Point (Eagle Point, OR). The Lancers record now stands at 6-14.
The Grizzlies (5-15) will now prepare for their contest against Eagle Point (Eagle Point, OR). The Eagles enter the 5A Midwestern contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, Eagle Point was defeated by Churchill (Eugene, OR), 66-56, in a league contest.
