Illinois High School Basketball - Boylan Catholic falls to Freeport
February 9, 2024: Freeport, IL 61032 In Friday's league challenge, the host Freeport Pretzels basketball squad scored a nice 63-44 victory over the Boylan Catholic Titans.
With the victory, Freeport improves its record to 17-12 on the campaign. The Pretzels travel to Belvidere North (Belvidere, IL) to confront the Blue Thunder in a Northern Illinois 10 challenge on Saturday, February 10. The Blue Thunder come into the challenge with a record of 19-10. Belvidere North lost 67-47 in their recent league challenge against Guilford (Rockford, IL)
Next up, the Titans confront the Rockford East E-Rabs (Rockford, IL) in a Northern Illinois 10 challenge, on Saturday, February 10. Boylan Catholic will attempt to improve on its 9-18 season record. The E-Rabs come into the challenge with a 6-22 record after their 56-51 league loss to Harlem (Machesney Park, IL).
