Minnesota High School Basketball - Mounds Park Academy overwhelms Chesterton Academy
February 9, 2024: St. Paul, MN 55109 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Mounds Park Academy Panthers (St. Paul, MN) and the visiting Chesterton Academy (Edina, MN), saw Mounds Park Academy's basketball squad wallop Chesterton Academy by a tally of 87-41.
With the victory, Mounds Park Academy improves its record to 6-11 on the campaign. The Panthers host Concordia Academy (Roseville, MN) to confront the Beacons in a AA Section 4 challenge on Monday, February 12. The Beacons come into the challenge with a record of 6-14. Concordia Academy lost 83-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Maranatha Christian Academy (Brooklyn Park, MN)
Next up, the confront the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf Trojans (Faribault, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Chesterton Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-14 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 66-48 non-league win over Metro Deaf (St. Paul, MN).
