Laredo LBJ Wolves (Laredo, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Del Rio Rams (Del Rio, TX), 51-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Laredo LBJ upgrades its record to 17-20 on the season. The Wolves travel to Alexander (Laredo, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 6A Region IV District 30 bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 25-8. Alexander won 58-54 in their recent league bout against Eagle Pass (Eagle Pass, TX)

Next up, the Rams clash with the United South Panthers (Laredo, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 30 bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Del Rio will attempt to upgrade on its 10-17 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 25-9 record after their 47-40 league win over United (Laredo, TX).
