February 9, 2024: Mt. Clemens, MI 48043 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Denby Tars (Detroit, MI) and the host Mt. Clemens Battling Bathers (Mt. Clemens, MI), saw Denby's basketball squad hold off Mt. Clemens by a tally of 72-67.
With the victory, Denby improves its record to 3-14 on the campaign. The Tars host Osborn (Detroit, MI) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 15. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 11-9. Osborn lost 63-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Mumford (Detroit, MI)
Next up, the Battling Bathers play the Southfield Arts & Tech Warriors (Southfield, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 12. Mt. Clemens will attempt to improve on its 7-10 season record.
