February 9, 2024: Lake Worth, TX 76135 The Lake Worth Bullfrogs basketball team (Lake Worth, TX), was overwhelmed 80-38 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Springtown Porcupines (Springtown, TX)
The Porcupines now possess a 18-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Decatur for a 4A Region I District 8 battle on Tuesday, February 13. Springtown will confront a Eagles team coming off a 63-51 league win over Bridgeport (Bridgeport, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 22-10.
The Bullfrogs (2-26) will now prepare for their battle against Krum (Krum, TX). The Bobcats come into the 4A Region I District 8 battle with a 30-3 record. In their last battle, Krum trounced Castleberry (Fort Worth, TX), 78-45, in a league battle.
