The Solon Comets basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Stow-Munroe Falls Bulldogs to 56 in the Comets league triumph on Friday.

The Comets now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Royalton for a Suburban - National contest on Friday, February 16. Solon will battle a Bears team coming off a 48-46 league loss to Nordonia (Macedonia, OH). The Bears record now stands at 15-5.

The Bulldogs (10-9) will now prepare for their contest against Brecksville-Broadview Heights (Broadview Heights, OH). The Bees enter the Suburban - National contest with a 17-1 record.
