Illinois High School Basketball - Tuscola overwhelms St. Teresa
February 9, 2024: Tuscola, IL 61953 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Tuscola Warriors (Tuscola, IL) and the visiting St. Teresa Bulldogs (Decatur, IL), saw Tuscola's basketball squad wallop St. Teresa by a count of 78-55.
With the victory, Tuscola upgrades its record to 22-5 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Altamont (Altamont, IL) to play the Indians in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 10. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 18-6. Altamont won 61-40 in their recent league challenge against Brownstown/St. Elmo (St. Elmo, IL)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Monticello Sages (Monticello, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 10. St. Teresa will attempt to upgrade on its 9-19 season record. The Sages come into the challenge with a 13-12 record after their 50-42 league win over St. Thomas More (Champaign, IL).
