February 9, 2024: Gary, IN 46408 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Kankakee Valley Kougars (Wheatfield, IN) and the host Calumet New Tech Warriors (Gary, IN), saw Kankakee Valley's basketball squad wallop Calumet New Tech by a count of 54-19.
With the victory, Kankakee Valley upgrades its record to 10-9 on the campaign. The Kougars host Hanover Central (Cedar Lake, IN) to play the Wildcats in a challenge on Friday, February 16. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 12-4.
