February 9, 2024: Canton, GA 30114 Cherokee Warriors (Canton, GA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Creekview Grizzlies (Canton, GA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors confront the Sequoyah Chiefs (Canton, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 16. Cherokee will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Chiefs enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA).
The Grizzlies now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Etowah for a challenge on Thursday, February 29.
