With the victory, DeMatha improves its record to 23-3 on the campaign. The Stags travel to St. John's (Washington, DC) to confront the Cadets in a Washington Catholic challenge on Tuesday, February 12. The Cadets come into the challenge with a record of 20-6. St. John's won 94-41 in their recent league challenge against The Heights (Potomac, MD)

Next up, the Panthers confront the Gonzaga Eagles (Washington, DC) in a Washington Catholic challenge, on Tuesday, February 12. Paul VI will attempt to improve on its 20-6 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 21-5 record after their 74-64 league win over Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA).
