Liberty Lancers (Spangle, WA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Asotin Panthers (Asotin, WA), 68-50 in a league bout.

With the win, Liberty upgrades its record to 17-2 on the season.

Next up, the Panthers play the Upper Columbia Academy (Spangle, WA) in a 2B Bi-County bout, on Saturday, February 12. Asotin will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record. The go into the bout with a 3-12 record after their 64-54 league loss to St. George's (Spokane, WA).
