Glenwood Gators (Phenix City, AL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Monroe Academy Volunteers (Monroeville, AL), 52-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Glenwood upgrades its record to 20-5 on the season. The Gators travel to Fort Dale Academy (Greenville, AL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 12. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Fort Dale Academy won 57-34 in their recent non-league bout against Ezekiel Academy (Montgomery, AL)
