Illinois High School Basketball - Boylan Catholic trounces Freeport
February 10, 2023: Rockford, IL 61103 The Boylan Catholic Titans (Rockford, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Freeport Pretzels (Freeport, IL), 69-46 in Friday's league test.
The Titans (19-10) will now prepare for their test against Rockford East (Rockford, IL). The E-Rabs go into the Northern Illinois 10 test with a 19-10 record. In their last test, Rockford East walloped Harlem (Machesney Park, IL), 83-32, in a league test.
The Pretzels now own a 11-16 record. They play next when they host Belvidere North for a Northern Illinois 10 test on Saturday, February 11. Freeport will encounter a Blue Thunder squad coming off a 75-61 league loss to Guilford (Rockford, IL). The Blue Thunder record now stands at 9-20.
