February 10, 2023: Racine, OH 45771 The Southern Tornadoes (Racine, OH) basketball knocked off the visiting Shadyside Tigers (Shadyside, OH), 57-49 in Friday's non-league test.
The Tornadoes (7-14) will now prepare for their test against Federal Hocking (Stewart, OH). The Lancers go into the Tri-Valley II outing with a 18-3 record. In their last outing, Federal Hocking was topped by Marietta (Marietta, OH), 70-51, in a non-league outing.
The Tigers now hold a 11-11 record. They play next when they travel to Southern for a non-league outing on Friday, February 10. Shadyside will clash with a Indians squad coming off a 61-58 non-league loss to Monroe Central (Woodsfield, OH). The Indians record now stands at 12-6.
