Wisconsin High School Basketball - Grafton holds off Slinger
February 10, 2023: Slinger, WI 53086 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Grafton Black Hawks (Grafton, WI) and the host Slinger Owls (Slinger, WI), saw Grafton's basketball squad hold off Slinger by a tally of 43-38.
With the victory, Grafton improves its record to 14-8 on the campaign. The Black Hawks host Homestead (Mequon, WI) to confront the Highlanders in a North Shore challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a record of 19-3. Homestead won 90-35 in their recent league challenge against West Bend West (West Bend, WI)
Next up, the Owls confront the Cedarburg Bulldogs (Cedarburg, WI) in a North Shore challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Slinger will attempt to improve on its 9-13 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 17-4 record after their 66-45 league win over West Bend (West Bend, WI).
