February 10, 2023: Jackson, GA 30233 The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Starr's Mill Panthers (Fayetteville, GA) and the host Jackson Red Devils (Jackson, GA), saw Starr's Mill's soccer squad triumph over Jackson by a count of 10-0.
The Panthers now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Carrollton for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 14. Starr's Mill will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Jackson drops to 0-2 on the season. The Red devils host Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA) to meet the Knights in a 3A Region 2 test on Monday, February 13. The Knights come into the test with a record of 2-2. Upson-Lee won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Locust Grove (Locust Grove, GA)
