New Jersey High School Basketball - Boonton topped by Voorhees
February 10, 2024: Glen Gardner, NJ 08826 The Voorhees Vikings basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Boonton Bombers to 40 in the Vikings non-league victory on Saturday.
The Vikings now sport a 9-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hunterdon Central for a non-league contest on Monday, February 12. Voorhees will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 45-41 non-league win over Delaware Valley (Frenchtown, NJ). The Red Devils record now stands at 18-8.
The Bombers (8-16) will now prepare for their contest against Hopatcong (Hopatcong, NJ). The Chiefs come into the non-league contest with a 2-17 record.
