February 10, 2024: Succasunna, NJ 07876 The West Essex Knights (North Caldwell, NJ) basketball felled the host Roxbury Gaels (Succasunna, NJ), 71-63 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Knights (9-10) will now prepare for their test against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NJ). The Bengals go into the non-league test with a 11-14 record. In their last test, Bloomfield thwarted Newark Academy (Livingston, NJ), 59-36, in a non-league test.
The Gaels now own a 12-11 record. They play next when they travel to West Morris Mendham for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 13. Roxbury will encounter a Minutemen squad coming off a 50-41 league win over Chatham (Chatham, NJ). The Minutemen record now stands at 17-6.
