February 10, 2024: Sussex, NJ 07461 The High Point Wildcats (Sussex, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Morristown-Beard Crimson (Morristown, NJ), 56-50 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (12-9) will now prepare for their test against Wallkill Valley (Hamburg, NJ). The Rangers go into the Northwest Jersey - Freedom test with a 8-14 record. In their last test, Wallkill Valley was tipped by Vernon (Vernon, NJ), 62-49, in a non-league test.
The Crimson now own a 8-14 record. They play next when they travel to Newark Academy for a non-league test on Sunday, February 11. Morristown-Beard will encounter a Minutemen squad coming off a 86-43 league loss to Immaculate Conception (Montclair, NJ). The Minutemen record now stands at 14-7.
