California High School Softball - Gahr bounces Banning
February 10, 2024: Wilmington, CA 90744 The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Gahr Gladiators (Cerritos, CA) and the host Banning Pilots (Wilmington, CA), saw Gahr's softball squad achieve victory over Banning by a count of 11-0.
The Gladiators now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kennedy for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 13. Gahr will encounter a Fighting Irish team coming off a 0-0 non-league West (Torrance, CA). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 1-0.
The Pilots (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Torrance (Torrance, CA). The Tartars come into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Torrance overcame Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA), 9-4, in a non-league test.
