Missouri High School Basketball - West Platte triumphant over DeKalb
February 10, 2025: Weston, MO 64098 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the West Platte Bluejays (Weston, MO) and the visiting DeKalb Tigers (DeKalb, MO), observed West Platte's basketball team overwhelm DeKalb by a score of 63-14.
The Bluejays (16-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Lathrop (Lathrop, MO). The Mules come into the KCI challenge with a 7-15 record. In their last challenge, Lathrop was routed by Mid-Buchanan (Faucett, MO), 79-42, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Tarkio Indians (Tarkio, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. DeKalb will attempt to improve on its 2-24 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 76-36 non-league win over Northeast Nodaway (Ravenwood, MO).
