Vermont High School Basketball - Hazen toppled by Stowe
February 10, 2025: Hardwick, VT 05843 Stowe Raiders (Stowe, VT) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball team overcome the host Hazen Wildcats (Hardwick, VT), 72-56 in a league challenge.
The Raiders (5-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Winooski (Winooski, VT). The Spartans come into the Mountain challenge with a 12-5 record. In their last challenge, Winooski defeated Bellows Free Academy (Fairfax, VT), 62-42, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the North Country Union Falcons (Newport, VT) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 12. Hazen will attempt to improve on its 12-4 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 67-55 non-league win over Peoples Academy (Morrisville, VT).
