Virginia High School Basketball - Midlothian knocks off James River Midlothian
February 10, 2025: Midlothian, VA 23114 The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Midlothian Trojans (Midlothian, VA) and the visiting James River Midlothian Rapids (Midlothian, VA), observed Midlothian's basketball team overcome James River Midlothian by a margin of 51-37.
The Trojans (3-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Richmond City School of the Arts (Richmond, VA). The Bulldogs come into the Dominion challenge with a 0-16 record. In their last challenge, Richmond City School of the Arts dropped by Cosby (Midlothian, VA), 109-4, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Rapids battle the Powhatan Indians (Powhatan, VA) in a Dominion challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. James River Midlothian will attempt to better on its 6-12 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 12-7 record after their 75-44 league loss to L.C. Bird (Chesterfield, VA).
