Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Grove City tops Hickory

February 11, 2022: Grove City, PA 16127

Grove City Eagles (Grove City, PA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Hickory Hornets (Hermitage, PA), 50-38 in a league bout.

With the victory, Grove City upgrades its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Eagles host Sharpsville (Sharpsville, PA) to play the Blue Devils in a District 10 Region 4 bout on Tuesday, February 15. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 3-14.

Next up, the Hornets play the Slippery Rock Rockets (Slippery Rock, PA) in a District 10 Region 4 bout, on Tuesday, February 15. Hickory will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record.
