Maryland High School Basketball - Woodlawn nips Kenwood
February 11, 2022: Baltimore, MD 21207 Woodlawn Warriors (Baltimore, MD) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Kenwood Bluebirds (Baltimore, MD), 58-55 in a league bout.
With the victory, Woodlawn upgrades its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Dundalk (Baltimore, MD) to play the Owls in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 16. The Owls come into the bout with a record of 7-6. Dundalk won 73-57 in their recent non-league bout against Hammond (Columbia, MD)
Next up, the Bluebirds play the Towson Generals (Towson, MD) in a Baltimore County 2 bout, on Monday, February 14. Kenwood will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Generals come into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 99-52 league loss to Overlea (Baltimore, MD).
