West Virginia High School Basketball - Braxton County nips Roane County
February 11, 2022: Sutton, WV 26601 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Braxton County Eagles (Sutton, WV) and the visiting Roane County Raiders (Spencer, WV), saw Braxton County's basketball squad hold off Roane County by a count of 57-55.
With the victory, Braxton County upgrades its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 22. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Lincoln County won 55-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Braxton County (Sutton, WV)
