Ohio High School Basketball - Findlay can't hold off Columbian
February 11, 2023: Tiffin, OH 44883 The Columbian Tornadoes basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Findlay Trojans to 49 in the Tornadoes non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Tornadoes now sport a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clyde for a Sandusky Bay - Lake contest on Friday, February 17. Columbian will battle a Fliers team coming off a 63-61 non-league loss to Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH). The Fliers record now stands at 4-17.
The Trojans (14-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lima Senior (Lima, OH). The Spartans enter the Freelance contest with a 15-6 record. In their last contest, Lima Senior nudged Ross (Fremont, OH), 61-53, in a league contest.
