California High School Basketball - Everett Alvarez overwhelms North Salinas
February 11, 2023: Salinas, CA 93906 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Everett Alvarez Eagles (Salinas, CA) and the visiting North Salinas Vikings (Salinas, CA), saw Everett Alvarez's basketball squad wallop North Salinas by a tally of 72-50.
With the victory, Everett Alvarez improves its record to 8-16 on the campaign. The Eagles host Hollister (Hollister, CA) to play the Haybalers in a PCAL - Gabilan challenge on Monday, February 13. The Haybalers come into the challenge with a record of 11-10. Hollister lost 63-52 in their recent league challenge against Monterey (Monterey, CA)
Next up, the Vikings play the Greenfield Bruins (Greenfield, CA) in a PCAL - Cypress challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. North Salinas will attempt to improve on its 8-15 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 4-15 record after their 73-44 league loss to King City (King City, CA).
