Illinois High School Basketball - Triopia can't hold off Maryville Christian
February 11, 2023: Concord, IL 62631 The Maryville Christian Lions basketball team scored 37 points and held the host Triopia Trojans to 36 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Lions now sport a 8-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calhoun/Brussels for a non-league contest on Monday, February 13. Maryville Christian will battle a Warriors team coming off a 46-40 league loss to West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] (Winchester, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 17-6.
