New York High School Basketball - Waterloo trounces Notre Dame Academy
February 11, 2023: Waterloo, NY 13165 The Waterloo Indians (Waterloo, NY) basketball crushed the visiting Notre Dame Academy Gators (Staten Island, NY), 71-42 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Indians (15-1) will now prepare for their test against Hornell (Hornell, NY). The Red Raiders go into the non-league test with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Hornell walloped Dansville (Dansville, NY), 65-56, in a league test.
The Gators now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they host Wheatland-Chili for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 14. Notre Dame Academy will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 52-29 league loss to Elba (Elba, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-8.
