New York High School Basketball - Bishop Kearney overwhelmed by Greece Odyssey
February 11, 2024: Rochester, NY 14617 The Bishop Kearney Kings basketball team (Rochester, NY), was overwhelmed 87-32 in Sunday's non-league battle with the visiting Greece Odyssey Leopards (Rochester, NY)
The Leopards now possess a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastridge for a Section 5 Monroe 4 battle on Wednesday, February 14. Greece Odyssey will confront a Lancers team coming off a 82-53 league win over Batavia (Batavia, NY). The Lancers record now stands at 11-7.
The Kings (10-7) will now prepare for their battle against Aquinas Institute (Rochester, NY). The Little Irish come into the Section 5 Private Parochial battle with a 14-4 record. In their last battle, Aquinas Institute was overwhelmed by University Prep Charter (Bronx, NY), 55-50, in a non-league battle.
