Wisconsin High School Basketball - Baraboo fells Poynette
February 11, 2025: Poynette, WI 53955 The Baraboo Thunderbirds basketball team scored 73 points and limited the host Poynette Pumas to 59 in the Thunderbirds non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Thunderbirds now have a 12-8 record. They play next when they travel to Reedsburg for a Badger - Small game on Thursday, February 13. Baraboo will confront a Beavers team coming off a 66-48 non-league loss to Lodi (Lodi, WI). The Beavers record now stands at 8-12.
With the loss, Poynette falls to 4-16 on the campaign. The Pumas travel to Lake Mills (Lake Mills, WI) to confront the L-Cats in a Capitol - North game on Thursday, February 13. The L-Cats go into the game with a record of 16-5. Lake Mills lost 61-60 in their recent non-league game against Edgerton (Edgerton, WI)
