Louisiana High School Basketball - Breaux Bridge holds off Port Allen
February 11, 2025: Port Allen, LA 70767 The Breaux Bridge Tigers basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Port Allen Pelicans to 54 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now have a 12-21 record. They play next when they host Livonia for a 4A District 5 game on Thursday, February 13. Breaux Bridge will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 69-29 league loss to Opelousas (Opelousas, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 15-18.
With the loss, Port Allen falls to 16-18 on the campaign. The Pelicans host Terrebonne (Houma, LA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Thursday, February 13. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 21-11. Terrebonne won 52-48 in their recent league game against East St. John (Reserve, LA)
