February 11, 2025: Haughton, LA 71037 Captain Shreve Gators (Shreveport, LA) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Haughton Buccaneers (Haughton, LA), 54-33 in a league match.
With the victory, Captain Shreve advances its record to 35-12 on the year. The Gators travel to Parkway (Bossier City, LA) to face the Panthers in a 5A District 1 match on Friday, February 14. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 18-10. Parkway won 52-39 in their recent league match against Evangel Christian Academy (Shreveport, LA)
The Buccaneers now own a 17-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Huntington for a 5A District 1 match on Friday, February 14. Haughton will face a Raiders squad coming off a 61-44 league win over Byrd (Shreveport, LA). The Raiders record now stands at 19-8.
