Arkansas High School Basketball - Cross County holds off Carlisle
February 11, 2025: Cherry Valley, AR 72324 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Cross County Thunderbirds basketball team scored a close 65-63 triumph over the Carlisle Bison.
The Thunderbirds (6-16) will now prepare for their contest against Des Arc (Des Arc, AR). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 1-11 record. In their last contest, Des Arc was tipped by Brinkley (Brinkley, AR), 79-36, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bison confront the Clarendon Lions (Clarendon, AR) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 14. Carlisle will attempt to better on its 5-9 season record.
