The Shields Panthers basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Georgiana Panthers to 46 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now have a 15-5 record. They play next when they travel to Brantley for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18. Shields will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 64-49 non-league win over Southern Choctaw (Gilbertown, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 22-4.
