February 11, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87109 Legacy Academy Silverbacks (Albuquerque, NM) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Native American Community Academy/Evangel Christian Academy Eagles (Albuquerque, NM), 53-27 in a league match.
With the victory, Legacy Academy upgrades its record to 19-5 on the year. The Silverbacks travel to Jemez Valley (Jemez Pueblo, NM) to face the Warrior in a 2A District 2 match on Tuesday, February 18. The Warrior enter the match with a record of 2-21. Jemez Valley lost 81-21 in their recent league match against Oak Grove Classical Academy (Albuquerque, NM)
The Eagles now sport a 4-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Menaul for a 2A District 2 match on Thursday, February 13. Native American Community Academy/Evangel Christian Academy will face a Panthers squad coming off a 57-36 league loss to Oak Grove Classical Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 10-13.
