Mt. Vernon Rams (Mt. Vernon, IL) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Marion Wildcats (Marion, IL), 66-65 in a league match.

With the victory, Mt. Vernon advances its record to 15-8 on the year. The Rams travel to Cahokia (Cahokia, IL) to face the Comanches in a South Seven match on Friday, February 14. The Comanches enter the match with a record of 9-17.
