February 11, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87111 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Oak Grove Classical Academy Owls (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Menaul Panthers (Albuquerque, NM), observed Oak Grove Classical Academy's basketball team overwhelm Menaul by a score of 57-36.
The Owls (13-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Jemez Valley (Jemez Pueblo, NM). The Warrior come into the 2A District 2 challenge with a 2-20 record. In their last challenge, Jemez Valley was routed by Monte Del Sol Charter (Santa Fe, NM), 60-40, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Native American Community Academy/Evangel Christian Academy Eagles (Albuquerque, NM) in a 2A District 2 challenge, on Thursday, February 13. Menaul will attempt to improve on its 10-13 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 4-18 record after their 53-27 league loss to Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM).
