The Mid Valley Spartans basketball squad (Throop, PA), lost 57-44 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Old Forge Blue Devils (Old Forge, PA)

With the victory, Old Forge advances its record to 16-5 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to Dunmore (Dunmore, PA) to meet the Bucks in a Lackawanna 2 battle on Thursday, February 13. The Bucks enter the battle with a record of 9-9.

The Spartans now own a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeland for a Lackawanna 2 battle on Thursday, February 13. Mid Valley will meet a Chiefs squad coming off a 67-37 league loss to Riverside (Taylor, PA). The Chiefs record now stands at 6-15.
