New Mexico High School Basketball - Bloomfield overwhelms Aztec
February 11, 2025: Aztec, NM 87410 The Bloomfield Bobcats basketball team scored 74 points and limited the host Aztec Tigers to 49 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bobcats now have a 15-5 record. They play next when they travel to Gallup for a non-league game on Friday, February 14. Bloomfield will confront a Bengals team coming off a 53-30 non-league win over Miyamura (Gallup, NM). The Bengals record now stands at 13-7.
With the loss, Aztec falls to 0-9 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Shiprock (Shiprock, NM) to confront the Chieftains in a non-league game on Friday, February 14. The Chieftains go into the game with a record of 2-7. Shiprock lost 59-58 in their recent non-league game against Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM)
