February 12, 2022: Ashland, OH 44805 The New Philadelphia Quakers (New Philadelphia, OH) basketball knocked off the host Ashland Arrows (Ashland, OH), 60-46 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Quakers (15-5) will now prepare for their test against Hoover (North Canton, OH). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 14-5 record. In their last test, Hoover went down by McKinley (Canton, OH), 48-38, in a league test.
The Arrows now own a 12-8 record. They play next when they travel to West Holmes for a Ohio Cardinal test on Tuesday, February 15. Ashland will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 59-56 league loss to Lexington (Lexington, OH). The Knights record now stands at 11-9.
