The Caledonia Warriors basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Maple River Eagles to 49 in the Warriors non-league victory on Saturday.

The Warriors now sport a 22-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cotter for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 15.

The Eagles (18-5) will now prepare for their contest against Waterville-Elysian-Morristown (Waterville, MN). The Buccaneers come into the AA Section 2 contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Waterville-Elysian-Morristown was routed by Bethlehem Academy (Faribault, MN), 64-57, in a non-league contest.
