Ohio High School Basketball - Western Reserve Academy crushes Columbus Academy
February 12, 2022: Gahanna, OH 43230 Western Reserve Academy Pioneers (Hudson, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Columbus Academy Vikings (Gahanna, OH), 66-27 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Western Reserve Academy upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Salem (Salem, OH) to play the Quakers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 15. The Quakers go into the bout with a record of 7-13. Salem won 66-54 in their recent league bout against Carrollton (Carrollton, OH)
Next up, the Vikings play the Grandview Heights Bobcats (Columbus, OH) in a Mid-State - Ohio bout, on Thursday, February 17. Columbus Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 14-5 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 13-7 record after their 59-45 non-league win over Madison Plains (London, OH).
