Illinois High School Basketball - Kaneland topped by East Dubuque
February 12, 2022: Maple Park, IL 60151 The East Dubuque Warriors basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Kaneland Knights to 38 in the Warriors non-league victory on Saturday.
The Warriors now sport a 20-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Galena for a Northwest Upstate Illini - West contest on Tuesday, February 15. East Dubuque will battle a Pirates team coming off a 88-16 league win over West Carroll (Savanna, IL). The Pirates record now stands at 19-9.
The Knights (15-6) will now prepare for their contest against Rock Falls (Rock Falls, IL). The Rockets come into the non-league contest with a 10-17 record. In their last contest, Rock Falls dropped by Rockford Christian (Rockford, IL), 77-56, in a league contest.
