Mechanicsville Mustangs Head Logo (Mechanicsville, VA) supporters were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad wallop the host Armstrong Wildcats (Richmond, VA), 65-22 in a league challenge.

With the victory, Mechanicsville improves its record to 17-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs Head Logo travel to Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA) to confront the Hawks in a Capital challenge on Monday, February 14. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 14-4. Hanover won 59-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Varina Blue Devils (Richmond, VA) in a Capital challenge, on Monday, February 14. Armstrong will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record.
