Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Cortland Purple Tigers (Cortland, NY) and the visiting Skaneateles Lakers (Skaneateles, NY), saw Cortland's basketball squad knock off Skaneateles by a count of 51-31.

With the victory, Cortland upgrades its record to 18-1 on the campaign. The Purple Tigers travel to Mexico (Mexico, NY) to play the Tigers in a Section 3 Liberty challenge on Wednesday, February 14.
