In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host El Primero Lobos basketball team scored a big 44-13 triumph over the Luis Valdez Leadership Academy Lions.

The Lobos (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against KIPP San Jose Collegiate (San Jose, CA). The Wolfpack go into the Private School - South contest with a 10-11 record. In their last contest, KIPP San Jose Collegiate was trounced by Notre Dame (San Jose, CA), 71-11, in a non-league contest.
