Minnesota High School Basketball - Buffalo nips Minnehaha Academy
February 13, 2023: Buffalo, MN 55313 Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, MN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Minnehaha Academy Red Hawks (Minneapolis, MN), 97-90 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Buffalo upgrades its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Bison travel to St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN) to play the Knights in a AAAA Section 8 bout on Thursday, February 16. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 7-13. St. Michael-Albertville lost 86-68 in their recent non-league bout against Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN)
Next up, the Red Hawks play the Providence Academy Lions (Plymouth, MN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 17. Minnehaha Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 13-7 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 5-14 record after their 99-49 league loss to Holy Family Catholic (Victoria, MN).
